Put in a race time. Runtier turns it into a rank from Iron to Champion, the same way the app will on day one.

What each rank takes

Ranks use a running rating (Jack Daniels' VDOT), so an 800 and a 10K compare fairly. With one race your rating counts at 95%. Log a second event in the app and it counts in full, so you'll often rank higher there.
